“Enna Media is a communications agency specializing in public narrative management. We don’t create brands — we help brands, companies, and public figures build simple, clear, and effective communication with their audiences across mass media and the AI environment,” says Andrew Birdickson, founder and CEO of Enna Media.
Today, the world is moving at an accelerating pace: the explosive growth of digital platforms and algorithms, rapidly changing content-consumption habits, the profound impact of emerging technologies, and the exponential increase in the volume of information all demand new approaches to communication.
Andrew Birdickson: “When responding to a crisis, speed alone is not enough — responses must be handled with maximum care and deliberation. Every message and every narrative a brand puts out can leave a lasting imprint in the ‘consciousness’ of LLMs. Even if that narrative is inaccurate due to carelessness, it can become part of the AI landscape, where algorithms may interpret it and generate false or distorted claims about a brand, company, or individual.”
According to Eurostat data, in 2025, 33% of EU residents aged 16–74 had used generative AI in the previous three months. Among young people aged 16–24, that figure rises to 64%, while among people with higher levels of education it reaches 49%. In other words, AI is no longer a niche tool: it has become a regular environment in which a significant share of audiences search for, interpret, and reframe information.
For brands, this means that communication no longer ends with publishing a statement, article, interview, or press release. Every public message can be read, summarized, and reproduced by AI systems — often without context, attribution to the original source, or the ability to correct inaccuracies immediately. More than half of AI users aged 25–64 use generative tools for professional purposes, meaning that a distorted narrative about a company can reach not only consumers but also partners, journalists, investors, and potential clients.
That is why narrative management must go beyond traditional PR. A brand needs not only to shape its own position but also to systematically track how it is reflected in AI-generated answers, which sources the model treats as authoritative, and which claims may become entrenched as facts. In an environment where algorithms increasingly act as intermediaries between companies and audiences, reputation strategy is becoming a strategy for managing a brand’s information footprint.
Global Vision: What Is Enna Media’s mission
Enna Media’s fundamental mission is to help brands, companies, and individuals build and maintain control over their narratives across media, the digital space, and the AI environment.
While the media market is changing rapidly in form, it remains constant in nature and essence. Regardless of how people access information or the channels and formats through which it is delivered, the purpose of communication has remained unchanged for centuries: the sender creates, and the receiver consumes.
On a global scale, Enna Media seeks to align the formula: PEOPLE — MEDIA — AI.
What does this mean?
People shape demand and perception, media create the information environment, and AI becomes a new intermediary that reads, structures, and reproduces these narratives.
A key challenge in reputation management is the loss of focus in decision-making and approaches. What worked yesterday does not necessarily work today.
“As narrative-management systems become more complex, brands adopt more complex strategies. Complex strategies require a long planning horizon: defining positioning, key messages, priority channels, response scenarios, and performance metrics,” explains Andrew Birdickson, founder and CEO of Enna Media.
However, that horizon may prove unattainable, because the environment changes faster than the lifecycle of the strategy itself. New communication channels, formats, tools, and ways for audiences to interact with information continue to emerge.
That is why Enna Media defines effective reputation communication as a system of short cycles for aligning narratives across audiences, communication channels, and AI systems.
